Avery Hill wins Inaugural Rebels-Jukasa Studios Acapella/Karaoke Talent Contest

OHSWEKEN – The Six Nations Jr B Rebels Lacrosse Association would like to announce the winner of the inaugural 2010 Rebels-Jukasa Studios Talent Contest.
The contest finale took place Sunday, May 30th during the 1st intermission of the Six Nations Rebels home game against the Guelph Regals.
Jukasa Studios executive, Nick Blagona made the final decision as he selected Avery Hill as the 2010 Winner.
For winning the Rebels-Jukasa Talent Contest, Hill will record a professionally recorded 3-song Demo which can be used to launch a potential singing career.
Hill was up against stiff competition from talented Crystal MacDonald and Jaime Powless.
The Rebels spectators have been treated to some extraordinary vocal talents since the 2nd home game of the Rebels regular season.
Congratulations to all the ladies as they all performed brilliantly over the course of the contest.

Six Nations Rebels - Jukasa Studios; Acapella Talent Contest
The Six Nations Jr B Rebels Lacrosse Association, in association with Jukasa Studios are pleased to announce an exciting Acapella Talent Contest for the duration of 2010 Rebels Regular season.
The Winner of the Acapella Talent Contest will win A FREE 3-Song Recording session at the Jukasa Studios (3326 Sixth Line, Ohsweken, Ontario N0A 1M0) which will result in a 3-song Demo Compact Disc which could lead to a recording contract with a music recording label.
The Acapella Talent Contest is open to both male and female contestants ranging from the ages of 16 to 39. (18 under with parental or guardian consent)
No musical instrumentation allowed
The Contestants will sing Acapella during the 1st and 2nd Intermission of the Rebels Regular season home games.
The Contest will begin Sunday, April 18th when the Six Nations Rebels host the visiting Hamilton Bengals at the Gaylord Powless Arena in Ohsweken for a 7:00 PM start.
The Acapella Talent Contest will finish on Friday, June 18th during the Rebels Regular season finale as they host the visiting Oakville Buzz at the Gaylord Powless Arena set for an 8:00 PM start.
Crowd will determine who advances from week to week via ballots.
The Contestants with the fewest ballots after each contest will be eliminated.
The Final game will see the Jukasa Studios management will judge the finalist and announce the winner of the Acapella Talent Contest at the 2nd Intermission of the Rebels-Oakville Buzz regular season finale game.
